Please note that TropiBrew may at any time make changes to the site or remove parts of it without being liable to customers for such changes. TropiBrew reserves the right to change these terms of use in the future without separately notifying customers. Continuing to use the site or placing orders after such changes will be considered as acceptance of the changes.
The agreement between you (the customer) and us is deemed valid only once your order has been processed and shipped.
When you, as a customer, place an order on this site, by doing so you confirm that:

- the personal information you provided during registration is accurate and complete, and
- you are not using a false name or the name of another person or entity without authorization.
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you also accept these terms of use. It is important that you read them before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The value of the order will be refunded to the account from which the payment was originally made.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. This confirmation includes details about the order contents and pricing.
Delivery
As the buyer, you have the right to choose your preferred delivery method from the available options. TropiBrew is not responsible for damages during transportation or for delays beyond the seller’s control:

Return Policy
TropiBrew accepts returns within 14 days, provided that the items have not been opened, exchanged, washed, or otherwise handled. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items may not be returned to TropiBrew without prior written permission from TropiBrew. TropiBrew decides to accept or not. Return costs may be charged.
Consuming Responsibility
TropiBrew always have instructions on using (images) and notes at the bottom of every product descriptions. None of TropiBrew's products can be use as medicine replacements and medical treatments (unless you ask doctor beforehand but TropiBrew are not responsible if our product is being put into action by any recommendations). Theoritically, our products have nutritions and makes you healthy on their own, like daily food and beverages that you consume.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES, including overuse, own-creative mixing and other specific situations.
Being a self-protected consumer, always checked carefully before you start using any TropiBrew's product, and especially at high volume, comparing to normal daily amount recommended by trustworthy sources. If you are considering yourself in a special situation (something happened that makes you different normal condition, even a tiny injury or a bit of headache, etc.), please do a small research OR TropiBrew highly recommends you to contact doctor beforehand.
