Our Butterfly Pea Flowers Herbal Tea (Clitoria ternatea) is cultivated in local farms where traditional agricultural activities meet modern organic standards. Vietnam’s warm climate and rich soil provide the perfect conditions for Butterfly Pea flowers to flourish. Each blossom is picked at peak bloom, naturally sun-dried, and carefully preserved for its vibrant blue hue, delicate aroma, and nutritions.
Its signature sapphire-blue infusion is revered not only for its striking visual appeal but also for its soothing and restorative qualities. This herbal tea is enjoyed both hot and cold, and when combined with lemon or lime, tea transforms into stunning violet or purple. The flowers are edible but we suggest not to eat them unless you accidentally drink through.
